I'm a devoted fan of Rich & Skinny jeans, which you are probably aware of if you read my "Today's Look" posts on Twitter. Their Sleek Skinny and signature Boyfriend Jeans are repeat offenders in my wardrobe. I'm incredibly excited to be hosting a Rich & Skinny contest on DLuxeList. It's our first denim giveaway and I'm proud that it's from such a fantastic and hip brand. So, here's the scoop: 1 extremely lucky reader will get a pair of Legacy Denim Leggings in River Wash from Rich & Skinny's new collection.
I've written about denim leggings extensively over the past few months, from the top premium denim brands, so I took this opportunity to ask an expert for some style tips on wearing this trend. This is what Joie Rucker, Rich & Skinny creative director and co-founder, has to say about the Legacy Legging:
D~ What makes your legging jean different from the rest?
J~ "Our legging jean is made with a SUPER STRETCH fabric designed just for Rich & Skinny. It has 35% stretch and recovery, which gives us a superior fit that does not stretch out with wear. Also, we give the customer all of the signature Rich & Skinny details in the jean, silk-lined waistband, handcrafted buttons, etc. It’s so much more than just another legging. It has a super-soft hand but at the same time it’s hold on the tush and knees doesn’t give-out half way through the day!"
D~ What are your style tips on what to wear and what not to wear with denim leggings?
J~ "Leggings really are made to accent an outfit, the legging is really all about the shoe. That’s the beauty of a legging, that and looking slick while still feeling comfortable. Use your leggings to highlight your boots, clogs or a killer pair of heels. Legging jeans can also be worn with topsiders for a younger, more casual look. Denim leggings are great with just about everything, that’s what makes them such a great trend!"
And now, the contest details:
