For obvious reasons, I am always drawn to items that make me think of jewelry. This Torque Stool from Anthropologie is exactly that; it would look just as beautiful shrunken on a gold band around my finger as it would on my living room floor. The multi-faceted surface keeps things interesting, but the neutral color makes it practical for just about any backdrop and room set up. I’d place it in a corner next to a brightly colored occasional chair and top it with a gorgeous book and a glass bowl full of blooms.
