This was an incredibly difficult secret to keep… being part of the Modern-twist team (as their social media director), I was privy to insider info on the amazing collaboration with DwellStudio (a personal fave) very early on in the design process. Imagine the torture I endured knowing this but not being able to spill the beans via Baby Luxe on Très Chic Now or on the m-t social media pages. Needless to say, I was eager for the big announcement and launch at last week’s ABC Kids expo. But I still had to keep it quiet this week… pure torture I tell you.

Finally, here are the just-released images featuring the new Kidz Boxes (placemats + dry-erase markers). The initial collection includes three classic Dwell Studio patterns on Modern-twist’s signature silicone mats. These mats are beautiful and functional—a dream product for style-minded parents with creative kids. The new kits will be in stores this December, so look for them to show up in all of your favorite holiday gift guides and wishlists.
