Full disclosure: Theyskens’ Theory drew me in this season because of the hair on the runway. I chopped my hair off a couple of months ago and it’s grown out to be the same choppy, chin-grazing, tousled style that all of the Theyskens’ models wore on the runway (the color in fact, matching that of the model below). I love this deliberately undone, messy look, as if you just spent the day at the beach. I easily achieve it thanks to natural waves and a bit of product: Bb Texture Hair (Un) Dressing Creme or Davines No.14 Sea Salt Primer.

And the clothes are right up my alley as well. Emily Holt via Vogue.com says, “… the girls’ carefully unkempt beauty loosened up the structured, elegant silhouettes.”
My four faves are dark—black, deep navy and a glint of green that could easily be found in the depths of the sea, which was the designer’s inspiration for the collection. I love the texture of the knits and can’t wait to try the tapered pants.
