Clearly I’ve had my eye on this line since it launched, given the numerous features I’ve posted about the label. I’m back again because I’m currently coveting some things from the upcoming fall 2012 collex. I love the casual-chic vibe of this label, which is comprised of ultra-luxe knits + tees of the dress and top variety. Here’s what designer Leila Nasseri has to say about her latest collection, along with a slideshow of my favorite shots and pieces from the lookbook:
Dena ~ What inspired this collection?
Leila ~ “I’ve often admired confident woman from all walks of life who have maintained their essence and femininity. This season that admiration took the drivers seat.”
Dena ~ How has the line evolved since the launch?
Leila ~ “The line has transitioned to more daring silhouettes and fabrications to complement our core pieces.”
Dena ~ What are your personal faves from the line?
Leila ~ “The Rosewood, Jacqui, Lang and Kate
are always a favorite! In the fall collection some of my new favorites have been the Rose, Gael, Abby and Alex.”
Dena ~ What other brands will you be wearing with these pieces?
Leila ~ “Some of my favorite brands to pair with Whetherly are Celine, Alaia, Balenciaga, Givenchy, The Row, Isabel Marant and Stella McCartney.
