Splendid {Robertson Blvd Store Opening}
I know I'm not the only person in LA who's thrilled that Splendid opened it's first retail outpost on Robertson today. I was lucky enough to be among the chosen few to get a sneak peek of the boutique yesterday and I love it, as expected. I wish it could be my personal closet and I could just run up there every morning to start my outfit with some beautiful basics or one of their signature stripes. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors fold open, bringing the outdoors in, inviting you into a bright, colorful and comfortable environment. The wall of living vegetation at the entrance is really cool, and I'm obsessed with the super-soft fabric curtains in the dressing room and the throw pillows throughout the store. The space is a perfect setting to house the brand's full roster of collections: Splendid, Splendid Mills, Splendid Mills JR, Splendid Girl and Splendid Littles (currently making up a large part of my baby boy's wardrobe).
