Bliss Spa {Elemis Exotic Lime + Ginger Salt Scrub}

Starting August 1st, there are two new Elemis spa treatments at Bliss. Consider this your sneak peek preview of the Elemis body treatment because I went last week for a review. You’ll want to book your appointment ASAP. It’s kind of like a massage with oil and salt—doesn’t sound great but it really is amazing!

Body scrubs are not for spa virgins but veterans will rejoice at the sheer luxury of having someone scrub you down and wash it all away with an incredible Vichy shower. You just lay there on a heated bed and relax while the Bliss therapist does all of the work. Here’s the lowdown on what the treatment includes from start to finish:

• Foot ritual (hot towel + mini massage)
• Dry Brush (to slough dead skin)
• Elemis Camellia Oil application (let the relaxation begin)
• Elemis Lime + Ginger Salt Scrub (massaged onto the skin for exfoliation)
• Vichy shower (to wash it all away)
• Elemis Exotic Island Flower Body Balm application (a quick mini massage)

Emerge refreshed and so clean. Bonus that they have Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash and Bliss Ounce of Prevention AM in the locker rooms. These are two things I always forget to bring to a spa (and always want, or have to ask for, post treatment).
